Community Projects in Zimbabwe :

After leaving college, Tendai's next assignment was with the Agricultural and Rural Development Assistance Programme (ARDA) in Zimbabwe where she worked with rural communities in monitoring their self- help projects. Hence, she learnt from a very early age that Farai, Tatenda, and Britney

Having been a teacher at Thornhill and Fletcher High Schools in Gweru, Warren Park High and Loxley College in Harare, Zimbabwe she trained in systemic therapy, where she was given an award for the first national best student.

Thereafter she subsequently joined Population Services International’s New Start Centres programmes as an HIV and AIDS counselor and trainer.
 

Tendai’s family emmigrated to Ireland in 2002 after her husband got a civil engineering job in Dublin.
